NPRI Expands Kosher Certification
OK Kosher Approves Both Pareve and Dairy Certification

LAS VEGAS March 19, 2008 -- Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research, Inc. (NPRI) announced that it has received expanded Kosher certification for the company’s O2P™ family of oil powders.

Kosher certification guarantees that both the ingredients and manufacturing equipment used to produce O2P™ Powders meet the stringent requirements of “Kashrus” or Jewish dietary laws.

Added was Dairy certification for the company’s recently introduced line of enriched cocoa and fortified chocolate powders and expanded Pareve certification for its line of O2P powders.

According to NPRI chairman and chief executive officer, Godfrey Yew, “Expanding our Kosher certification enables NPRI to better meet the demands of our customers world-wide. The addition of Dairy certification is further proof of our commitment to providing the highest quality, purity and consistency in our O2P powdered oils to the food and nutraceutical industries.”

Certification was provided by OK Kosher Certification whose “OK” is among the world’s most respected kosher symbols, establishing the standards for kosher in the United States, Europe and the Orient. Copies of the certifications are on file and available upon request.
